Candyl is backed by a 12-month limited warranty. If you are experience performance issues with your diffuser, you may use this form to request a replacement diffuser regardless of where you originally purchased your diffuser.
Please indicate your model type, and if applicable, preferred top color in the comments section of this form. If you do not have a candyl.co order number, please indicate where you purchased your diffuser and provide an approximate date. You will also need to provide a shipping address, but you will not be charged any shipping costs.
You may also request one of our soy wax candles in lieu of your replacement diffuser.
